1. Fill in your details and click Copy Signature.
2. Outlook on the web: Settings (gear) → Mail → Compose and reply → click in the signature box → paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V).
3. Outlook desktop (Mac): Outlook → Settings → Signatures → + → paste into the editor.
4. Outlook desktop (Windows): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste.
5. Set it as your default for new messages and replies, then Save.

Apple Mail doesn’t support imported HTML signatures, and setting one up means editing Mail’s internal files — we don’t recommend it. Use Outlook (web, Windows, or Mac), where the signature pastes in directly. If Apple Mail is a hard requirement for you, contact Erik and he’ll set it up for you.
