How to install — Outlook (web, Windows, Mac)
- Fill in your details and click Copy Signature.
- Outlook on the web: Settings (gear) → Mail → Compose and reply → click in the signature box → paste (⌘V / Ctrl+V).
- Outlook desktop (Mac): Outlook → Settings → Signatures → + → paste into the editor.
- Outlook desktop (Windows): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste.
- Set it as your default for new messages and replies, then Save.
How to install — Apple Mail (Mac)
- Fill in your details and click Copy Signature.
- Mail → Settings (⌘,) → Signatures → select your account → +.
- Uncheck “Always match my default message font” at the bottom right.
- Paste into the signature editor (⌘V). Images will appear as broken in the editor — that’s normal; they load when composing.
- Drag the signature onto your account in the left column to make it active.
